Strategic Planning
We are a single-source supplier of this service. This is conducted in six sessions, each lasting four hours, with all of your senior executives participating fully. To minimize any disruption to operations, these sessions may be scheduled at one per week. There is homework after each session to prepare for the follow on discussion.
